Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 14 days of receipt so long as the item is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside the original packaging. Shipping and handling costs cannot be reimbursed. Please be aware that when a purchase is made that has "Free Shipping," our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Additionally, some of our items carry a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your return should you wish to return the item. Track Your Order
Upon receiving a tracking number, we encourage you to follow the progress of your shipment. Please
note that shippers may not “location-scan” all of their shipments in an
effort to speed delivery. Packages are processed in bulk when shipping
volume is high, and the first time a package may be scanned could be
upon arrival at a regional center near the destination. Please do not
be concerned if you do see any tracking data for your shipment and the
estimated delivery date has not yet passed.
Returns & Exchanges
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the couch
within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include credit with BuyCouchesOnline, or credit to the original payment method. Upon receipt of the item, BuyCouchesOnline will credit you for the total purchase price less any applicable restocking fees. Restocking charges may apply to specific products. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned due to their individuality and/or personalization of your specific request.
Should the item not be returned in its original packaging, additional fees may apply. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Many of our products are offered with “Free Shipping.” Should you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your returned refund. Please note that all returns will be inspected prior to issuing a refund. Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time taken to post credits.
Please understand that once an order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Should you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
