Payment Options
BuyCouchesOnline accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. We do not currently accept wire transfers, checks, or money orders. Additionally, the option to pay directly from your bank account is currently unavailable.
You are able to safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. If you prefer, you may also contact our Customer Service Center to place an order over the phone.
It is common for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice prior to card authorization. BuyCouchesOnline will send you an e-mail should we experience trouble in processing your credit card.
Invoices
BuyCouchesOnline will send you an Receipt via e-mail once a purchase has been made. We will also be sending you an Invoice which will require your confirmation signature. We go through this extra step with you to prevent identity theft in the internet marketplace.
