Upon product arrival, please immediately inspect your order. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are completely satisfied with the product you have received.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item
within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include credit with BuyCouchesOnline, or credit to the original payment method. Upon receipt of the item, BuyCouchesOnline will credit you for the total purchase price less any applicable restocking fees. Restocking charges may apply to specific products. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned due to their individuality and/or personalization of your specific request.
Should the item not be returned in its original packaging, additional fees may apply. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Many of our products are offered with “Free Shipping.” Should you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your returned refund. Please note that all returns will be inspected prior to issuing a refund.
Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time taken to post credits.
Please understand that once an order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Should you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 14 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday between 8:00AM and 6:00PM PST, and Saturday - Sunday between 9:00AM and 4:00PM PST.

However, BuyCouchesOnline does not warrant that product descriptions or other site content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Should a product be listed at an incorrect price or presented with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our manufacturers and distributors, BuyCouchesOnline reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at incorrect prices. BuyCouchesOnline has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless if the order has been confirmed and/or processed to your credit card. Should your credit card be charged for your purchase and your order is cancelled, BuyCouchesOnline will immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the entire amount of the charge. Damaged Items
Our couches are carefully packaged to withstand damage during shipping. Please immediately notify us should a couch be damaged or if parts are missing. We will take every effort to assist you in obtaining the necessary replacements as quickly as possible, and at no extra cost to you.
